MYKROTEC® additive is a single-stage, 3-in-1 chemical additive for cleaning wells during cementing operations. It acts with high effectiveness by removing the scum created by oil-based fluids, leaving the formation moistened with water to achieve a high cement adhesion between the casing and the formation.

It combines the dissolution of powerful hydrocarbon solvents with the ability to wet in water using optimized surfactants, delivering a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) and creating a double emulsion.

The MYKROTEC® product meets all the requirements of a wash line in a single spacer. This efficient combination of powerful solvents, surfactants, and wetting agents not only provides excellent surface cleaning, but also does so with a good to very good profile. When used in well cleaning operations, its dual emulsion performs the task of diluting, dissolving, and dispersing oil-based/synthetic residues, while leaving tubular and metal surfaces wetted with water.
