SUPERCLEAN
The SUPERCLEAN additive is a 3 en 1 chemical for one-stage wellbore cleaning during cementing operations. It acts with high effectiveness in removing the buildup created by oil-based fluids, leaving the formation wetted with water to achieve strong cement bonding between the casing pipe and the formation.

APPLICATION
The combined action of solvents and surfactants with SUPERCLEAN's double emulsion provides efficient cleaning of solids and drilling fluid residues during cementing operations, leaving all tubulars and the formation in a wet state with water, without the need to add an additional surfactant spacer.
The SUPERCLEAN additive can be mixed with freshwater, seawater, and high-density brines. Gentle agitation is required before pumping. The product can also be incorporated into a high-viscosity spacer to assist in removing heavy solids before pumping the main cleaning spacer or as an aid in the displacement train.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
The SUPERCLEAN additive is primarily designed to remove buildup from oil-based or synthetic-based fluids and leave the casing pipe and formation wetted with water during cementing operations in oil and gas wells. LOCIMAT recommends concentrations of 5 – 20% v/v in the main cleaning spacer.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
