The FORCEMAX IMPACT is the first shock absorbing tool using steel disc springs that has the ability to withstand radial load, axial load and impact load.
This tool plays an important role in drilling operations, as it mitigates loads and reduces accelerated fatigue in the drill string, prolonging the life of each of its components and reducing additional maintenance costs for the drilling equipment.
It is generally operated in compression, so in order to achieve the best performance, it is recommended to place it as close to the bit as possible, allowing it to extend or compress as necessary to keep the bit at the bottom and mitigate PSB variations and pressure drops.
