MAXFLO®
APPLICATION
MAXFLO® puede ser aplicado en sistemas de emulsión inversa ya que ayuda a mejorar la estabilidad del sistema sin alterar sus propiedades fisicoquímicas. En sistemas base agua ayuda a evitar la formación de emulsiones al entrar en contacto con fluido del yacimiento. Con base en el diseño de MAXFLO®, su aplicación puede ser en sistemas de perforación y terminación; al entrar en contacto con la roca del yacimiento no genera un cambio de mojabilidad principalmente en formaciones de arcillas reactivas minimizando así el daño a la formación.
Thanks to its design as a flow improver, MAXFLO® helps reduce the viscosity of crude oil, giving greater fluidity and preventing the precipitation of paraffins and dispersion of asphaltenes.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT
It is recommended at concentrations of 0.1% - 5% in the system during drilling in a drilling fluid. Contamination or severe adverse effects during drilling may require a higher concentration of up to 100% as a batch. In the production stage or for completion in any type of packer fluid or brine, it can be dosed at concentrations up to 5%. The recommended concentration of MAXFLO® is adjusted for each application, so pilot laboratory testing is recommended.
TOXICITY AND HANDLING
MAXFLO® is available in 200-liter drums or 1,000-liter totes. It is recommended to store in a dry environment away from extreme heat sources. Keep away from potential sparks and flames. Keep the container tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
T-PLUG® EX comes in 25 lb. bags. Store in a dry place, away from heat or ignition sources, and minimize dust.
