Robust Electro-Mechanical Design

It is a PUSH THE BIT tool that rotates continuously, using electromechanical thrust fins controlled by mud valves located near the bit to create the steering vector.

RSS has two-way communication with surface systems for continuous updates and control.

THROUGH BORE Technology

RSS is a THROUGH BORE technology tool and does not rely on hydraulic chambers.

It is capable of drilling complex, low dog leg severity (DLS) well profiles.

Simple Precise Communication

Communication and downhole sensors enable a faster and more accurate coordinated automated steering protocol.
