T-PLUG® EX is a non-invasive plugging material that helps achieve ultra-low fluid invasion into the formation, primarily used to mitigate extreme lost circulation.
The mixture of this product is non-harmful and non-toxic and is made up of inert fibers and grains with a particle size distribution of up to 3,433 microns. The design can quickly seal microfractures and highly permeable and porous formations. When located in a lost circulation zone, it creates a seal, controlling fluid loss to the formation.
