Description

Designed for maximum performance and optimization in the mechanical cleaning of horizontal or high inclination wells, the TURBOCLEAR WELLBOREreduces twisting and drag problems by removing accumulated cuttings on the lower face of the well.

It is the first cuttings bed remover to feature a patented flow-rate shifting hauling system and impellers that maintain controlled DEC due to a clean annulus even when the drill string is rotating at low RPMs.

It is a relatively short tool of 2.9 m which is recommended to operate in conjunction with other TURBOCLEAR WELLBORE to obtain maximum performance. The first cleaning front should be positioned at least 180 m away from the bit and the others at a spacing of 1 to 5 lines, designing an 80% coverage of the tangent section of the interval and in this way guaranteeing a turbulent flow regime in the high angle sections.
